Our 1914 cottage has weathered many storms and stands tall with charm. She is well loved and lived in. We have chickens pecking, ducks waddling through the gardens, sun shining through our stained glass, spiders spinning webs, paint drips, palmetto bugs, an old swing in the front yard, cats napping, Spanish moss in the trees, and a screened-in porch to take in the beauty of a long day's sunset. Our island homestead is for those looking for a down-to-earth stay with nature & art close at hand. ♥

The Yates Cottage is directly on the water and is designed for spectacular views of Core Sound and Cape Lookout Lighthouse with large windows on 3 sides. Other amenities are a large screen porch, fire pit, and a large yard for lawn games. The Yates cottage is great for couples, families, dogs, joggers, walkers, bikers, fishers and boaters.
