Charming apartment in Naples city, in the Petraio area (ancient stairs), located in a quiet place on the top floor, without elevator, with magnificent terrace overlooking the sea on the Gulf of Naples (from the Vesuvius volcano, to the island of Capri, to the hill of Posillipo). Spacious and bright living area with sofas and majolica kitchen, indoor dining tables and outdoor table on the terrace with gulf views. The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active
