Lakehouse Estate is a newly completed home on 3 acres with private clear lake forming the centre piece. 4 of the 6 modern bedrooms each with ensuites over look the lake and face east so the sunrises are spectacular. If not a morning person simply hit the button and the auto block out blinds come down. The kitchen opens up to the lake across a large deck with BBQ. With your own mini beach, gym, large av room and separate kids room all will be entertained or escape and find your peace and quiet.

Original updated 1970s beach house in the Cape. Glimpses of ocean from the large entertaining space on the beach deck. 300 m to the popular Bay Beach and rock pools. Bright open plan interior with a cosy fire. BBQ on the north facing deck. A relaxed getaway all year round, sleeps 8 across 2 levels with 2 bathrooms. An additional fourth bedroom with 2 bunks is disconnected from the main house. Large securely fenced yard to kick a ball, bounce on the tramp or run with your four legged friends.

The yard is kid-and-pet friendly, have some fun with a putt of mini golf on the fake turf area and let your dog roam around the gardens. Inside, the kitchen has everything you need if you want to eat in. But it’s just a short walk down the street to Inverloch's great pubs, cafes and restaurants if you want to venture out! The bathroom is modern and features a large bath, and the beds are comfy and made with fresh linen.

Sol House was designed to capture the sunlight from sunrise to sunset. This pre-fabricated block-style beach house was built in 2021, to fit the setting of the relaxed, surfy vibe of Killy. A short 350m stroll to the iconic Kilcunda General Store for a morning coffee or the Ocean View Hotel for a cold beer and dinner. Or sit back on the porch overlooking the adjacent parkland down to the wild Bass Coast ocean. Enjoy the flowing gardens, firepit and outdoor entertainment area!

Corvers Rest is a minimalist beach shack located on the clifftops overlooking Bass Strait. A place to rest and detach amongst wild natural surrounds. The shack provides the essence of an Australian beach shack with views across the ocean and hinterland. It trims back everything else. A string of ocean beaches nestled between coastal cliffs are within a short walk. Outdoor showers, fire pit and BBQ are all present.

Make yourself at home in this cosy newly renovated cottage. In the winter a cosy fire and a great place to unwind with open plan living, picturesque farmland views and nearby coastal walks. Nearby is the popular Coal Creek museum , after exploring ,have lunch in the spacious Cafe. On the Inverloch road is the RAVC club , have a cuppa or a cocktail in the Zenith lounge overlooking the bay ,definitely worth a visit.
