Completely quiet, with the 18th century manor house inhabited by the owners as its only neighborhood, it is perfect for recharging your batteries in the heart of nature. In summer, the terrace overlooking the countryside without vis-à-vis is very pleasant for a barbecue. In winter, have a good time around the fireplace. You can walk in the forest and observe the deer and birds.

In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

Located in the Orne, close to the village of Camembert, this warm house is typically Norman, mixing bricks and half-timbering. Totally independent, it is at the center of a preserved environment: a 2000 m² garden and pastures as far as the eye can see. 🌳 Nestled in a 5-hectare green setting is this former hunting lodge dating from 1753 🏰. Three other private dwellings make up the estate: our house 🏠, another cottage for 8 people (La Grange), and one currently undergoing renovation 🛌. Each property has its own private terrace ☀️ and parking space. From April to October, a paddock with horses 🐴 graces the grounds and invites daydreaming 🌈. The many hiking trails 🚶‍♀️🌾 will allow you to discover the countryside.
