The apartment located on the second floor (no elevator) of our house with independent access is composed of a separate bedroom with king-size bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, a small bathroom and a living room. It is located in the heart of Bernay in a very quiet street, a 7-minute walk from the train station connecting Paris, Rouen and Deauville and close to shops and restaurants. Bernay is a pleasant small town with Norman half-timbering, ideally located 1 hour from the Normandy coast (Deauville and Honfleur).

The 4-person cottage (85 m2) is located on the property, on a landscaped and enclosed garden of almost 2 hectares. On the ground floor: entrance, living room (TV, fireplace), toilet, large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms: 1 with 1 bed 160 x 200 and 1 with 2 beds 90 X 200 bathroom, washer/dryer. View of the park, garden table and chairs, deckchairs, parasol, Weber barbecue.

This recently renovated cottage is located in a character property bordered by meadows and a private forest. Completely quiet, with the 18th century manor house inhabited by the owners as its only neighborhood, it is perfect for recharging your batteries in the heart of nature. In summer, the terrace overlooking the countryside without vis-à-vis is very pleasant for a barbecue. In winter, have a good time around the fireplace. You can walk in the forest and observe the deer and birds.

The accommodation is a 5-minute walk from all shops and services, including the train station (1 hr 20 min from Paris and 1 hr from Deauville). Highway A 28 is 7 km away. Quiet house (double glazing) with modern comforts (Wi-Fi, TV, walk-in shower, underfloor heating, dishwasher, automated front door... Sliding glass doors opening onto a terrace and lawn.
