Casa Vivanet is a perfect place to discover Cagliari and her secrets concealed on the mediterranean shores. The apartment is located in the historical area of Stampace and has been completely renovated in May '16. It's very well connected with the airport and the building is just in front of the port and the train station. Equipped with every confort, is perfect both to explore the city and to enjoy the beaches. The disctrict is very lively and full of monuments, restaurants, shops and pubs.

Our apartment is located in Marina Residence just behind the beach. You can reach the beach in only 5 minutes walking distance across the village. The apartment is located on the first floor of the villa. All around the house there is a nice and green garden with lemon trees and flowers. A barbeque and a shower is reserved for our guests. The apartment is ideal for families and couples. We recommand to have a car in order to see the beautiful beaches of Villasimius/Chia and visit Cagliari.
