Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Capo d'Arco

The apartment is well located, bright, tasteful and practical. We had a very good time and would come back at any time! very good value for the money.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The accommodation has everything you need and we felt very comfortable. The host informed us well and was easily accessible. Distance to the center of Piombino on foot about 10 minutes.

A great cosy place right at the sea!

We stayed at the property for 4 nights. The location, as well as the view, are unbeatable. The communication was very straightforward and helpful. The apartment is well equipped and nicely decorated. We slept well (even if the road could be heard very well because of the traffic in the center, no problem with Oropax). Kitchen is super equipped. The bathroom is also very modern and practical. We enjoyed our stay — happy to come back. (PS: The pizzeria vis à vis "Mister Torta" is highly recommended, we had the best pizzas several times. The new restaurant "Ferrigna", which is only a 3‘ walk away, is also highly recommended for the classic but modern cuisine of Elba!)

Great host! answered almost immediately, had lots of recommendations, very helpful (we needed something for the kitchen and he brought it the same day), he even carried my friends heavy suitcase upstairs 🙂, thanks for making our stay in piombino so lovely!!!

The apartment was great, clean. Check in process was flexible and easy to follow. The location is quite good, everything is walkable, sea is 2 min walk. For the car parking there is public free parking within a km, nearby parkings were always full with machines. Micbela was great, she was very responsive and every ask was satisfied. We stayed in this beautifully furnished and very cozy apartment with five people for a week. The decor is extremely lovingly designed and gives the apartment a warm and welcoming atmosphere in which you immediately feel comfortable. Overall, the stay was very pleasant, and the apartment offers plenty of space for a family or group. Wi-Fi: During our stay, the Wi-Fi did not always work reliably, which was a bit frustrating, especially in bad weather, as we would have liked to watch movies. However, the problem was with the Internet provider due to storm damage, and the host was extremely accommodating and helpful. He responded quickly to our request, which we greatly appreciated. Kitchen equipment and space: The kitchen is sufficient for five people, but with an occupancy of eight people it gets a little tight. There are not enough plates, chairs, and the table also offers for eight people

Great weeks stay at Guliano’s lovely apartment. It was situated in a great location, easy walk to bars , restaurants, beach and shops. had all the amenities we needed and was very clean. The washing machine was helpful and we loved the outside space.

The house is well-kept and very well equipped, the hostess is very kind and hospitable. Convenient location for the sea and amenities. Recommended!

There aren't enough stars to rate Casa del Capitano this was our second stay and we live in the state of Washington USA, it's a bit of a jaunt to get there but it is sooooo worth it!!!! It's not just a place to stay, it's an experience of a lifetime. Michael and Andrea have taken on an unimaginable task of turning this spot into something magical, truly there are not enough words to describe it. The view, the interior, the comfort, the added touches are extraordinary, the sauna, the spa, are beyond perfect and did I mention the view....absolutely breathtaking!!!! The town with the most charming restaurants is the best, we planned our 4 week trip so that we ended with Elba, Monte Grosso and its incredible hosts, it was hard to leave but God willing we will return someday soon...xo D&D

Very nice and super equipped house away from noise and people. Couple of cobwebs due to the very high rooms do not disturb and reduce mosquitoes. Mold in the bathroom is a little but small area). Access last 1.5 km after a storm this spring poor (with a "normal" car and adapted driving style with some walking pace but feasible). Access is to be renewed this autumn and also for the garbage disposal problem of the previous review (municipality with nearby containers has introduced a chip system, house is located a few meters in another municipality and due to the location you currently have to drive a few km to the "open" containers) a solution is sought. Care in the house impeccable for questions and problems. We will be back!

Excellent campsite with lots of services. The whole team is welcoming and very friendly and speaks several languages. The two small downsides the incredible amount of voracious mosquitoes and the water from the unheated pool...it's a bit just to actually enjoy swimming. But it didn't spoil our vacation at this campsite.

It felt like home 🥰 If you want to experience the Dolce Vita with children we recommend Alessia & Guido's place. Everything was clean, games available in the children's room, a pleasant exterior with furniture and a large umbrella essential for lunch outside in the sun. The surroundings and the beautiful city center of Massa Marittima was quickly accessible on foot. In addition, good communication with remote hosts: hassle-free check-in and checkout. Anna was also very responsive on site. Thank you very much! We will keep fond memories of this typical Tuscany place 🌞🇮🇹❤

Tastefully furnished apartment for a family. Centrally located but quietly located in the middle of Seccheto - practically with private parking, washer & dryer. We were there twice.

Barbara's apartment is super nice! The location is great, right in the middle of Massa Marittima and the view of the cathedral is unique! The apartment is very well equipped, well maintained and quiet! The transaction with Carlotta was very pleasant and worked perfectly! She gave us good tips and inquired about our well-being! 🤩 We had a wonderful stay and will be happy to come back 🇮🇹 Veronika

The place is very nice and reflects the description provided by the owner. Despite not taking the signal very well, the house is equipped with everything you need to stay multiple days comfortably. The only downside is that of parking, which often, during the period of stay, was uncomfortable due to the absence of a place near the house. Finally, it is worth emphasizing the kindness of the host who gave us all the necessary directions, even recommending a nearby trattoria where we can eat typical.

A vacation of a few days between New Year's Eve and Epiphany. Sea villa near Marciana Marina (Elba), with beautiful views of the Gulf of Procchio and Capo Enfola. Very nice location. Obviously in winter you can't enjoy much sun and light and the outdoor spaces, very well organized, cannot be used fully. The apartment (part of the house) is comfortable for 6 people (we were 4 adults and two children in addition to our beagle), well-structured, very well maintained and recently refreshed and updated with three splits for cold and hot air. The pellet stove works great . Very clean rooms, nice and well-equipped kitchen (we didn't bring anything from home). Good quality beds. Two enough bathrooms for 6 people. Comfortable archaeological and a lot, a lot of friendliness and availability from the host and his relatives. No noise or disturbance issues. Everything is perfect and as advertised. Thank you Francesco. I hope to be back in the summer.

We were a family with 5 children. Apartment was great for us, as described and well equipped, for the price it was great. Host was very nice. Thank you. House was very quiet. Piombino is a beautiful city, very good pizza and really delicious ice cream.
