The apartment of about 80 sqm is furnished with new furniture and consists of a living room with TV, bathroom with shower, kitchen with everything you need with access to a small veranda and large bedroom with double bed and sofa bed. Located directly in the city center and just 400 meters from the beautiful Ponente beach. The apartment is on the second floor with no elevator.

The apartment is located at the foot of the Milazzo castle, in the heart of the historic part "Il Borgo Antico". The strategic position allows you to easily reach every point of the city and the various restaurants in the immediate vicinity on foot. Through the Porticella descent staircase you can access the beautiful Ponente beach which is 500 meters away, while the Levante beach is 300 meters away. Free and paid public parking.

The house is located 700 m from the free beach and offers splendid sunsets over the Aeolian Islands from the terrace. It’s in a quiet area, on a dead-end street with little traffic. Semi-detached house. Private parking available. The driveway entrance is also accessible with large cars, but it can be a bit narrow: we recommend caution when manoeuvring.
