Incredibly magical from the first moment! The location of the apartment, nestled between fantastic beaches, hiking trails and a quiet pine forest, and the absolutely magnificent view of the wide sea are unique! The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail and gives a feeling of lightness. Andrea has been an extraordinarily eager and helpful host from the beginning, who cares about the well-being of his guests. Be it the culinary well-being (a box is filled with durable supplies and coffee, milk, juices and wine are waiting in the fridge). Be it his guests' stay as perfect as possible (with valuable insider tips on places to visit, restaurants...). Thank you Andrea!!! For me, this stay, which I used for a personal writing project, was a true source of inspiration. I will definitely come back to this place "between heaven and earth."

Absolutely fantastic holiday, very nice and comfortable accommodation with all equipment. Very hospitable owner Patrizia. She was always careful, willing to help. Patrizia prepared a lot of fruit for us as a welcome package. A few meters to the beach, calm clear sea with gradual entry ideal for children. I can highly recommend.

A functional apartment well equipped except the oven, very clean… beautiful room… which overlooks a nice private garden and a courtyard with garden table… pleasant environment… Giorgio has attention to detail… everything is perfect. A base for visiting the islands… because the village is not very attractive.

We spent 10 days as a family of four in Pilar's beautiful apartment and we didn't miss anything. The apartment is spacious, very tastefully decorated and extremely clean. We had (except for morning, friendly bird chirping) lots of peace and privacy. The view is really fantastic, in the morning you can see the kitesurfers on the beach with an espresso and in the evening you can hear the waves at sunset. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped. In the area, there are very nice beaches within walking distance (we liked the Spiaggia di Sa Colonia best), in about 20 minutes' walk you are by the sea. In the neighboring village there is a small supermarket, but it is advisable to do larger purchases, for example, in Pula. Pilar was always available as a hostess and super friendly. We can highly recommend the apartment. Thanks for a very nice vacation!

A very cozy vacation home with fantastic views of the dunes and the sea. In the house and in the kitchen there is everything you need. There are a few restaurants nearby, the nearest large supermarket is quite far away. The sea is in approx. 10 minutes' walk. The sea cannot be described, simply fantastic. The sandy beach is wide and clean.

The detached villa is located directly at the beach and thus has a great location. The view of the sea every morning was outstanding. The beach section right in front of the house is clean and quiet. The welcome by Laura, Marco's mother, was very warm and welcoming (Sardinian sweets, sparkling wine and ice cream as a welcome greeting). Communication with Marco and Laura was straightforward and friendly. The amenities and spaces have exceeded the description and pictures in the ad. The garden furniture has been renewed, for example, and the rooms are brighter and friendlier than on the pictures. The equipment of the house is excellent: a kayak, loungers for the garden, a warm outdoor shower, the kitchen was also very well equipped - only a dishwasher we missed something. We had a group of 10 people (2 children) and found room in the property. Thank you for the great week! We would come back anytime!

Very nice and cozy little house. Everything was very clean. Claudio was a great host, very friendly and gave a lot of recommendations for the whole area. Would definitely recommend staying at the place.

Fantastic place! We were 3 mature couples who enjoy a beautiful scenery, comfort and hospitality and Simone's home had all of that and more. He set the bar very high as a superb host, even inviting us to a pizza party where he provided a personal demonstration. Simone was very responsive to questions of recommendations of places to visit, restaurants and wines. A car is a must as it is in a quiet residential area although there is a lovely restaurant and bar within walking distance. The pool area and balcony were great places to relax after a day at the beach or sightseeing. Thank you Simone for your very kind and generous hospitality.

We had a great time at Annalisa's house. A home in a beautiful location. In the upper part of the village, a stone's throw from the tower, 200 meters from the beach of Sottotorre. In a very quiet area but very close to the main square of the town and all the amenities. Renovated house, very clean, very well furnished and equipped with all amenities. Very quiet also thanks to Venetian blinds and anti-noise fixtures. Beach equipment is also available. Annalisa leaves nothing to chance and manages with great attention and care. She welcomed us and provided us with all the information for the beaches, local and surrounding tourist activities, events, services, restaurants and businesses. We cannot wait to return! We felt at home :-).
