Con tutti i principali luoghi d'interesse a pochi passi, goditi la comodità di esplorare e vivere la città a piedi. Inoltre, è circondato da supermercati, locali e varie attività commerciali. Sito nel cuore del centro storico di Tropea, al primo piano di un antico palazzo, a 30mt dal C.so V.Emanuele e a 50mt dalla scalinata che porta alla spiaggia più bella e suggestiva, Marina dell'isola. Ristrutturato all'interno in stile moderno, composto da 2 camere da letto matrimoniali di cui una senza finestra ma con punto luce e una con 2 balconi che affacciano su una delle vie più' caratteristiche, bagno con doccia. Ampia cucina con finestra. Appartamento centrale,tranquillo e confortevole.

Splendid pool vacation with private garden! Apt.1

1,5 km from the gorgeous white beaches Grotticelli & Tonò! Apartment is located on the ground floor of two floors building - gated complex "Giardino degli Ulivi" with amazing swimming pool and parking space. Large day area with sofa bed and TV, kitchen and dinning with exit to covered garden with relax area and dinning table. Fist bedroom with double bed and bathroom inside and second bedroom with 2 single beds and another bathroom. Airconditioning in every room and ecquipped kitchen!

Soverato sul mare 2/4 posti di lusso sul mare

Appartement face à la mer à 2 minutes à pied de la plage du golfe de Squillace . Il se situe à proximité immédiate de l'hotel San Domenico. L'appartement, dessiné par un architecte a été totalement rénové en 2019. Les prestations sont luxueuses. Il est idéal pour 2 personnes puisqu'il a 1 chambre qui dispose d'un lit 160x200, un espace de rangement et sa propre salle bain. Le salon dispose de 2 sofas de 90x200cm qui peuvent accueillir confortablement 2 personnes supplémentaires.

5th floor open, very spacious, light filled apartment with elevator. Wide views of the Mediterranean Sea and Aeolian islands including Stromboli. Sit on our balcony and enjoy the sunset over the sea, then walk to the historical centre in 2 minutes for shops, restaurants and bars. No car necessary! The town's best pasticceria, Peccati di Gola, is on our ground floor. Tropea has some of the best beaches and lidos in Europe, great festivals, and a great farmer's market every Saturday.

It is located in Via Negroni, next to the main bus station that connects Diamante to the other towns of the Riviera dei Cedri. Beach and city center are reachable in 5 minutes by foot. Parking is available in place. Car rental or bike rental can be arranged (depends on availability)

Appartamento nel cuore della cittadina di Siderno Il mare è cristallino, merita da solo la sosta a Siderno. Anche il lungomare è notevole, abbastanza curato e rilassante. Per arrivare alla spiaggia basta oltrepassare il sotto passaggio (anche a piedi) che si trova proprio difronte alla struttura. Alloggio nuovissimo situato 4 piano ( CON LA PIENA DISPONIBILITA' DELL'ASCENSORE )
