The villa is located 50 m from the sea, in the private area of Capo d'Arco, 5 km from Porto Azzurro and 10 km from Capoliveri, which are very lively in the evening. Immersed in a 6000 sqm garden full of Mediterranean scrub, centenary olive trees, pines, cypress trees and overlooking the cliff, has a relaxation area equipped with a swimming pool with salt water overlooking the bay and a 180° view of the sea. It is shared with the 4/6 guests of the Main Villa in the area. It's not a place for very lively children.

Studio in farmhouse a few steps from the sea

We like to call it a “Love Nest” ideal for couples who want to enjoy a romantic weekend. The apartment is very cool in the summer, warm and welcoming even in the colder periods thanks to efficient heating panels. It overlooks the many plants of Rosmarino that (especially in the spring) emanate their scent and satisfy the view with the thousand lilac flowers. Ideal for those who love to spend moments in total relaxation under the cool pergola.

Relax in Porto Azzurro - Nice studio

Big studio in Porto Azzurro, very close to the village center and to the beaches (10 minutes on foot). It's perfect for a couple or for a family with children. There are two sofa beds and a small outside with a table with chairs, a barbeque and an area for children. You'll also have a private parking area for a car. Very close to the studio, 5/10 minutes on foot, there a pharmacy, an ATM, and a couple of supermarkets
