The Montecristo four-room apartment, 200 meters from Fetovaia beach, is a large vacation home with a large terrace overlooking the sea where you can eat and relax in the shade of the wooden and bamboo pergola. Here you will find a living room, a double bedroom plus a single bedroom and a double bedroom. The third bedroom is double and the bathrooms have a whirlpool tub and a walk-in shower. It has air conditioning, a ventilation system with ceiling blades, a second outdoor shower and a reserved outdoor parking space.

My accommodation is located in Patresi, a hamlet in the municipality of Marciana, in the western part of the island of Elba, opposite Corsica. From the terrace, you can enjoy splendid panoramic views. You'll love my place for these reasons: the location, the outdoor spaces and the views, the reserved parking space a few metres from the house, and a car park a few metres from the beach. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).

Very close to the studio, 5/10 minutes on foot, there a pharmacy, an ATM, and a couple of supermarkets

In a suburban area but close to all the essential services, the "Casa Nicola" apartment has a single studio room with a bathroom and an outdoor area for lunch, a small barbecue and a sun lounger. The area is quite private, even with respect to my main home, and separated by vegetation and other features. As the exclusive outdoor space available to the apartment is not fenced, we will consider hosting small animals.
