Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Capraia e Limite

Patrizia’s home was very spacious and rustic. Great base camp to see the surrounding areas and great amenities nearby.

As a family of 4, we had a perfect stay at La Lucertola. Luisa and Colin were friendly, attentive and helpful from the minute we arrived to when we left. They were available on the phone throughout, if needed. The music studio was an incredible addition - we felt very lucky to have access to it throughout our stay. The accommodation is located up a narrow track, but this meant we had access to stunning views and wildlife all around. Although the pool was cold, due to the time of year we visited, it didn’t stop us using it a couple of times. The pool is perfectly located - overlooking Pisa. There was plenty of seating around the pool and, although other families were staying in the house next door, it didn’t once feel like we couldn’t use any of the facilities. Other great facilities worth mentioning - the pizza oven is such an experience - to make pizzas overlooking the tower of Pisa, in Italy, was incredible. We also had all the cleaning items and linen we needed too. Grazie.

Romantic Alcova a stone's throw from the city center but with the qualities of the country house, quiet and retired. Beautiful property where we spent a week relaxing and that we used as a base to visit Pistoia and the Apennines. Mrs. Gianna, an impeccable guest. I recommend it

We had a great time at Carlo and Elena's. The fenced garden and swimming pool were a real plus. Not to mention all the little touches Carlo was able to have for us, and even a gift for our little puppy. The place is peaceful surrounded by mountains with beautiful views. We would recommend this house and its host because everything was perfect!

Absolutely beautiful location. Accomodation is lovely. Lorenzo was very kind and very responsive. Easy to get to, away from hustle and bustle of the city, we would definitely recommend staying here

Lovely place and host !

Aurora was a very responsive host and accommodated any needs we had. Place was as listed. About 30 min to downtown by bus. Be aware of the last bus back to the air bnb as we missed it and had to buy a taxi back. Overall a good place to stay if you want a peaceful stay outside of the city.

Wonderful retreat in the Tuscan mountains. The view of the valley is magnificent and invites you to dream. Enjoy the stars in the jacuzzi and the lights in the valley, wonderful. Very quiet and secluded, far from the Remmidemmi of the tourist towns. If you like it quiet, you'll find it there. The place itself is rustic and beautiful, everything you really need is there. For my two daughters and me it was a nice first stop on our Giro d'Italia, we would come back:-)

Franco & family were outstanding hosts. Helped us with reservations & shopping recommendations. You must visit his leather stores. We all bought gorgeous coats & bags. Apt. Was beautiful in great location. Wish we could stay longer. Do not hesitate to book this.

We had a fantastic stay in Radda for 5-nights in April. We were travelling mainly for cycling and vineyard hopping. The apartment was very clean and spacious off of the main road in a quiet area overlooking beautiful vineyards and hills. Check-in was easy and Paola was very responsive throughout. Radda itself is beautiful with many great restaurants and enotecas - we always felt very safe. The surrounding area is really stunning - I would love to come back some day.

Andrea was such a great host who really cares about his guest and guest needs. Infact he was thoughtful that all amenities were already arranged that we didnt need to ping him during our stay. He was concerned about the time we shall reach and Mattia was already there to welcome us and showed us everything around the apartment. Love Firenze and hope to back one day. We loved our stay at Clara’s apartment! First of all, Clara is a delight. So very warm and friendly. The apartment is located in a perfect location, just outside the mediaeval walls of SG, just several hundred meters from the center of town. The place is well appointed and Clara was incredibly attentive. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Amazing find in Florence. The place feels like an authentic Italian home. There is plenty of room for a big family to sprawl out and enjoy themselves. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you could need if you wanted to cook or at least make your morning coffee. The host was fantastic and very responsive, even helping us arrange for a cab at 4:00am the next day to the airport. Location wise, you can't find a better spot for your time in Florence. You are near all of the attractions, shopping, and have plenty of great food options close by. Everything that isn't close by, is a simple 10 minute walk in any direction. The location makes exploring the city that much easier and enjoyable. I would stay again during my next visit to Florence.

Luca’s units are a family fave. In fact it is our 3rd time staying with him and always, we have a wonderful experience. His interiors, furnitures and the design are always premium. The unit is very very centrally located. You can’t beat his apartment locations always. And we know being our 3rd time with him. The apartments are very private and secure. And he has always been responsive and always gives good restaurant suggestions, This stay, he went the extra mile with a specific request that I had and this was sincerely and greatly appreciated. For sure, there will be a 4th time back in this lovely city of Firenze and definitely in Luca’s apartments.

Great location and great host. Apartment was super nice and clean. Amazing view to the Duomo! Walkable to shopping and restaurants. We had a wonderful time in Florence!

Wow. Just wow. We did not want to leave this wonderful apartment. The terrazzo, the bells of Santa Croce, the sound of kids playing in the park in the afternoon. It is all wonderful. The house in the evening is silent despite the great location close to everything. Simone is a wonderful and thoughtful host, extremely responsive and communicative. We cannot wait to return. A note about the loft: we stayed for almost 3 weeks and the loft was totally fine—even for a claustrophobe!

Our wedding at Villa Cini was truly magical. The venue’s blend of natural beauty and elegance provided the perfect backdrop for our stay during the week and our special day. The gardens and stunning views created a fairy tale atmosphere and allowed to us have both an Indian wedding and an Italian Civil one. The arches ballroom, offered a romantic and inviting ambiance. We are incredibly grateful to have a chosen a place which has passed down for generations and has such a heartfelt attention to detail. If you're looking for a dream wedding venue and a beautiful place to stay then look no further than Villa Cini.

A superb base for group taking part in UTMB Chianti race weekend (around 20 mins drive). The estate’s red wine was particularly tasty way of celebrating. Love to return when warmer to relax by the pool, and enjoy the stunning views.

Great stay. The host is amazing do thoughtful responsive and kind. Gave my kids presents and a cooked for us. Just the most thoughtful can’t describe her as a host in any other ways. The only problems we encountered was the air conditioning in two of the rooms and a hard time getting to the house. Ask her to send you her exact location bc we got super lost.

Gorgeous accommodation in an amazing location. The closeness to Lucca, Pisa etc… makes everything so easy to reach, absolutely convenient. The house is huge with extremely comfortable beds and unique furniture. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and tastefully equipped. It’s hard to spend any time in the house though as the garden is simply divine, it’s a gorgeous, park-like garden with thousands of flowers, so peaceful. Our children spent many hours in the gigantic pool, perfect in the hot summer :-). The owners were incredibly friendly and made us feel very comfortable and we loved cuddles from the beautiful Hugo X. Thank you again and highly recommend this beautiful home away from home.

Villa Bellavista is a true gem in the heart of Chianti Classico. Its location, overlooking the beautiful "Conca d'oro" valley, offers stunning views and unforgettable sunsets. Surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, the villa provides complete privacy and peace. The spacious interior, with a large kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and a fully equipped bathroom, ensures a relaxing stay. The host was very helpful and always available. He provided a secure space to store our bikes, which was very convenient. The outdoor area, with a pool and relaxation space, is perfect for enjoying the Tuscan sun. The property is well-secured, making it ideal for guests with pets. The walk to Panzano in Chianti takes just a few minutes. Overall, this place is a perfect getaway with breathtaking scenery and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at Leonardos villa in the hills of the Tuscany. The place has different villas that are within walking distance of each other but with enough distance so that privacy is kept. The villa is very rustic and old, which creates the Italian charm, but of course ants also find their way into the house which you need to be aware of. We were not disturbed by that and loved the country- style feeling of the place!

Very nice place with everything you need for a successful vacation. The kitchen and especially outdoor kitchen were well equipped to easily cook nice dinners for a bigger group. The pool was very nice. The house was clean and the bathrooms looked completely renovated. The best part was the hospitality of the owners. Very welcoming people that know the answer to all your questions about the area. Would recommend!
