Welcome to Grandma Meninha's house! 🏡 For your comfort, the house has new furniture and appliances. It has 3 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed, living room, kitchen, dining room, service area and garage. In addition, we provide 1 more single mattress and 1 sofa bed. We also have a terrace with a beautiful view of the mountains. 🌄 It will be a joy to welcome you! Note: We've been hosting for 1 year, but due to technical issues, we've created a new listing. The access road is in good condition and the chalet is easy to reach.

The chalet is 6 km from Patrimônio da Penha and 16 km from Pedra Roxa. The nearest town (Santa Marta) is 4 km away, where there is a supermarket, gas station, pharmacy and restaurant. We have Wi-Fi via radio (rural area). The chalet is just 1.5 km from the asphalt (unpaved road).
