It is the building where SampaSky is located, and it is possible to walk to the main attractions of the center. It has air conditioning, a 55-inch TV with apps, a kitchen equipped with basic utensils, a cooktop (1 burner), a microwave and a minibar.

Flat, Studio or Kitnet, you can call it whatever you want, we call it home. This space is in a separate extension of my mother's house, she herself took care of everything with affection and the greatest care. The garage has an automatic gate, and is shared with my mother's car (type of garage with a lock/gate without a barrier sensor), even so if you have privacy, the cool thing is that if you need a can of condensed milk when you're making a pot brigadeiro, you'll find someone to turn to :)
