This self-contained annex forms part of my bungalow, but enjoys its own private entrance which allows guests complete freedom to come and go as they please. With wide golden sands, Carbis Bay beach has a Blue Flag Award for water quality (2025), a Seaside Award & can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

Emerald Seas is a two bedroom apartment with amazing views across Carbis Bay to St Ives. Just minutes walk to beautiful Carbis Bay Beach with its award winning facilities and a water sports centre. The apartment is a short stroll to the train station where you can join the branch line either in to picturesque St.Ives (three minutes on the train) or to connect to the main train line. The stunning South West Coast path is a stones throw from the property. Private parking included.

Private floor in our house, on quiet lane with courtyard parking for one car. Just a short walk to the town centre and beach (less than 10 minutes). Own private entrance and balcony with a beautiful sea view. With eclectic decor this would be a unique place to spend your holiday. Only a five minutes walk away is the Tregenna Castle Hotel with 18 hole golf course and the Harbour Hotel which has great spa facilities. The rated Porthminster Beach is less than a 10 minute walk.

You are less than a 5 minute walk to the beaches, restaurants and bars whilst keeping out of the main hustle and bustle of St ives.

There is free on-road parking and is aprox 15 - 20min walk to the St Ives town and it's 3 beautiful beaches. 5 min walk from the Leach Pottery, Community Orchard & Wildlife Reserve. 20min walk to the South West coastal path. You're welcome to bring children and we have a baby cot if needed. There is a shop 1 min walk away to buy basics, let us know if you want to borrow a BBQ.
