Just a 5 mins stroll to the spectacular Porthminster Beach and the centre of St Ives yet in a quiet area for a relaxing stay. All of St Ives stunning beaches are easy walking distance. An off- road, private parking space is right outside the flat so you avoid the hassle and considerable expense of parking in St Ives.

The sweeping coastal view from our town centre apartment is the same one described by Virginia Woolf in her novel To the Lighthouse, inspired by summers in St Ives: 'as far as the eye could see, fading in soft low pleats, the green sand dunes, running away into some moon country'. Quietly tucked away, the apartment is ideally situated for summer and winter breaks, and remote working. The harbour is a two minute stroll, Porthmeor and Porthminster beaches a short walk. Beautiful coastal walks across the road out to Hellesveor point which can lead out to Zennor or into St. Ives. Our home is situated on a private road with only a handful of neighbours.This property is at the top of St.Ives valley. It is 1 mile to the town centre.

A self contained annex within our property(building) for 2 adult guests. ( unsuitable for children or infants) Accessed via a separate, private entrance. There is free on street parking outside. You have use of private part of terrace overlooking stunning sea and beach views. It is located with a few minutes walk via a beautiful wooded valley to the beach. The soft sands are within 10 mins. Perfect for access to coastal path which takes you to St Ives ( approximately 20-25 min walk).
