Perfect space for couples. One bedroom with king sized bed with the only shower room being en-suite to it. Can comfortably accommodates up to 2 extra people on the sofa bed in the living room (small double at £10 pppn). With good local amenities, access into St Ives is really easy. Garden views with sea glimpses from the balcony. There are 3 or 4 steps to access. Parking for one car on the drive. Great location for St Ives. Pets considered at extra £20 per stay, cost to be applied separately.

The cottage is a charming space that has a warm homely feel, with underfloor heating. It is located just 20 minutes walk away from the heart of St Ives, away from the hustle and bustle. We accept dogs.

The Garden room is a built cabin (studio) clad in cedar and situated on a peaceful road in Carbis Bay. The cabin has a king size bed with a beautiful bathroom, heated floor and walk in wet room. Soft towels and toiletries are provided. A galley corner contains Microwave, kettle, toaster and mini fridge perfect to prepare breakfast, picnic and ready meal... The patio has a couple of seating area and a outside shower ideal after a day at the beach. Tea and coffee are complementary.
