Atypical for the comfort provided by the wood, its terraces, its water environment (between the port and the 'canelot'), its views, its swimming pool and the neighbor's oysters - the best in the Basin. This is my personal home.

It is located in a condominium but totally isolated at the end and the only one in Carcans beach with a 700 square meter garden, with direct access to the ocean. A cocoon to relax hidden under the trees ,have an aperitif, take a nap ,play board games : a pallet living room lit at night !!! The house is very close to the center, really quiet ,with a private parking space
