It has in the lower part a large kitchen/living room with a French fireplace and a bathroom, on the top floor you will find the 3 bedrooms, this floor with exit to the patio and access to the outside of the house, where there is a gazebo with a large gallery overlooking the estuary, equipped with a kitchen, barbecue, bathroom and a comfort area. The house is located in the middle of nature, an unbeatable environment for those who enjoy life in the countryside, as well as for those who want a quiet environment a few minutes from the city, since it is located 20 minutes from A Coruña, 45 minutes from Santiago de Compostela and 5 minutes from the Cerceda water park. There are several hiking trails of different distances and difficulty levels available nearby. The house shares a property with my home.

When it comes to location, it doesn't get any better than this. Perched on a bluff, overlooking the beaches and ocean, this lovely home is the best place to come to disconnect from everything. It is literally a 1 min walk to several stunning beaches. The house is bathed in sun all day long and the property is completely walled off and has a huge, very private, garden all around. Needless to say, the views are absolutely stunning...breath-taking!
