A luxurious experience at this centrally-located place. It is a complete apartment, all exterior with built-in closets and a library. Two new full bathrooms. Enjoy listening to the quiet rustling of the river while you drift off to sleep. The house sits on over a hectare of land and is extremely private, yet it has the convenience of being only a 2 minute drive to the local restaurant and a 5 minute drive the beaches and to the nearest village where you can find everything you need.
