The villa "SU PREPPA'S AUS" is a typical Carlofortina house and will be able to conquer your heart. Its secluded garden for exclusive use and with parking spaces, is equipped with a pergola furnished with suspended armchairs, hammock and ping pong table. The sea is 300 meters away. The road to the house is dirt for about 200 meters. It is not recommended to have a low car with a width of more than 2 meters as there are shrubs that could rig the bodywork.
