This home has wood floors. 1200sf. Front porch with seating overlooking flowers and fruit trees. Huge fenced-in back yard with 2 large trees and a fire pit with seating and a grill. Wine fridge. 2-car covered parking. Quiet neighborhood. Some board & video games for the kids. My husband and I are people that love life and people. This a great spot to call home while you visit Carlsbad Caverns, Guadalupe National Park, and other attractions. We are centrally located close to the best restaurants in town. Enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine on the dock right on the river. **The Pecos River will be drained from Jan-May 31 maintenance cleaning. If this is an issue, please do not book!**
