Carlsbad Cozy Little House

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The casita is a separate house. You have your own entrance for privacy, your own fenced in yard with a grill and car port. We did a complete renovation and added a new fridge and new washer and dryer. All new kitchen ware. Dishes, coffee pot etc. Brand new furniture as well. We are proud of our hard work and happy to open up our home to you. King size bed and twin size air up mattress.

The owner is next door and available to answer questions and make recommendations.

Enjoy this adorable casita right on the Pecos River! This is an excellent location to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Carlsbad Caverns, Guadalupe National Park and other nearby attractions. Sip your morning coffee on the dock, or unwind in the evening and take in the view. **The Pecos River will be drained from Jan 7-May 31 for dock maintenance and river cleaning. If this is an issue, please do not book!**

ENTIRE 3 BEDROOM COTTAGE STYLE HOME This centrally located, recently updated house is inviting for the perfect short-term stay. It is ideal for business or family. The house is a few blocks away from grocery stores and restaurants. Attractions near to our home: Carlsbad Caverns National Park 20 miles. Guadalupe National park and Frijole Ranch 55 miles. McKittrick Canyon 46 miles. El Paso TX 146 miles.
