Two car garage loaded w/all the beach stuff you'll need (boards, chairs, toys, kayaks, bikes) w/2 passes to park on the street also. Condo is a full 2 bed 2 bath that can sleep 8 if needed. Queen bed in master and twin bunk beds in guest with two pull out couches. AC,Flat screen TVs, wifi & cable. Walking distance to all the Oceanside hot spots and rail. Pets fee is $250

Welcome to a newly remodeled ocean view condo steps to the beach in North Coast Village. Everything is brand new from the new stainless steel kitchen appliances with white quartz countertops to the beautiful bathroom with walk in shower. Kitchen has new cabinets and everything you need to cook a homemade meal if you choose. There is a coffee maker and coffee provided. A beach theme was used to decorate the entire condo that truly makes you feel like you are in paradise.

Spacious, clean and well furnished beach condo, A312, at North Coast Village. Updated decor in May 2026. A/C in downstairs bedroom. Sand toys, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas provided. Ocean waves are heard and seen from upstairs deck and master suite. Short walk to the beach, pier, harbor, restaurants, movie theater, etc. Free wifi. Complex has pools, jacuzzi, gym, indoor garage. PLEASE NOTE: We have a sound sensitive neighbor, please no running/loud noises on first floor.

2 bed/2 bath/2 story Oceanside condo on the top floor of the "B" building. Gorgeous ocean view from primary bedroom/balcony. oversized resort style pool, long pier, restaurants/marina. Bike/boat rentals. Spa m/oversized pool. Absolutely NO PETS, NON SMOKER. We look forward to hosting you. Please note: The primary bedroom is an open concept(there isn’t a bedroom door to lock it off). Laundry room is on the garage level. You will need a laundry prepaid card to utilize.
