Located in S. Mission Beach on Ensenada Ct a couple blocks South of Belmont Park. We live upstairs and offer a small 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartment (approx 500 sq. ft each) on the ground floor to vacationers. Please note that the 2nd room is very small with twin bunkbed suitable for children or small adult (3 adults max or 2 adults/2 children, top bunk 110lbs. max) We enjoy having guests from all over the world come to visit and love watching you enjoy South Mission Beach as much as we do.

Our beach condo and sunny Court side patio, steps from the Pacific Ocean, has everything you need for a vacation. NEW Air conditioning units in bedrooms! Bikes( very used beach cruisers)boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas and a grill on the outdoor patio to relax on after a great day at the beach. Guests LOVE my location, quick walk down the court to the beach and the bay, walking to restaurants and attractions at Belmont Park, yet a quiet court to relax on. Includes parking for 1 car.

South Mission Bayside Upper Unit

Fully upgraded 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom w/ AC, 800 square foot condo located on the top (2nd) floor of a very well maintained building in South Mission Beach. The unit is on the “sunny side” of the court, offering abundant natural light throughout the day. Your family will love this space and its proximity just steps to the sand of Mission Bay. This home sleeps up to 4 people and a maximum of 2 adults – it is the perfect choice for families who are looking for a quieter stay at the beach.

This fully furnished second story South Mission bayside studio offers relaxed beach living. This studio sleeps 2 (Queen Bed) & 2 Boogie Boards are provided; private off street parking on premise. Bbq grill on small balcony. The unit is steps to the bay and short three minute stroll to the beach. Two beach cruiser bicycles provided which is one great way to get around the area. Please note, access to the second story is via an outdoor spiral staircase.

Modern Renovated Bayside Condo

Modern Bayside Condo, 1 block from Mission Bay, Belmont Park, restaurants, rentals, & beach activities Featuring 1 bedroom with a Queen size bed, 1 bathroom, comfortable seating in the living area, fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything else you would need to prepare a gourmet meal + Separate dining area with adequate seating. We have a window AC in living/dining area and fan in the bedroom. There is no assigned parking.

Just steps away from the ocean and bay, this amazing condo features PRO design details, AC, a coveted parking space. This studio has full kitchen that offers every amenity and a full bathroom. For your convienence, a coin washer and dryer within the complex is also on ground floor down the hall. Easy access to ocean or bay for family and is kid friendly. The couch folds down using 2 back support legs into twin.( memory foam pad optional)
