Superb newly renovated villa, just above the water, with stunning views of a charming little harbor. Villa An Dro can accommodate up to 6 people with its parental suite, its bedroom equipped with 2 single beds and its 2 single beds on the mezzanine. A large south facing garden (70m2) with BBQ area. 2 minutes walk from the Grande Plage, 5 minutes from the bustling Carnac Plage. Household linen (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels) are PROVIDED AND INCLUDED in the cleaning costs.

Very quiet, 100 metres from the water

My second home consists of a bright living room, two cozy bedrooms and a comfortable bathroom. Every detail has been carefully thought out, not in a rental logic, but for my personal well-being. Here, you can hear the birds, the wind in the pines... and sometimes, in the distance, the gentle murmur of the sea. Great for quiet and careful guests. I'll lend you my bikes if you need them It is not suitable for parties or lively stays. Non-intrusive adjoining property.

Exceptional setting, on the small port of Penerf, very warm typical house for 7 people. Large living room, fully equipped open kitchen. Room with level access, bed 160*200, TV, private bathroom + separate toilet. Privileged stunning views of the port.
