Lovely villa with no neighbours opposite, 5 minutes from the beach by car and close to the city centre. 4 bedrooms with double bed on the ground floor. Garden with secure pool (open from mid-May to September), dining area and barbecue. Motorway and airport access in 5 min. Tram 400 m away (approx. 20 min from the 2 Montpellier stations). Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, espresso coffee machine, toaster, etc. Living room with table for 8 people and lounge area. Washing machine. Shopping centre 2 min.
