Linens are provided, and the kitchen is set up with dishes, pots and pans, mostly anything to cook and eat a meal. Providing you with all that you need for a stay and 10 minutes away from the beach.

Built in 1867, the Averill Block is consider the oldest continuous use commercial building in the State of Michigan as well as the oldest building in downtown Bay City. Located steps away from everything in downtown Bay City, you can simply park your car for the weekend and walk to everything. All communication will be within the booking channel you use for your reservation.
