Magnificent lower level suite in detached home with private entrance. Located in quiet, family friendly community. This suite has a modern open concept layout with comfortable Queen bed with fresh linens, a 50" TV, huge walk-in closet, private bath with shower bench & relaxing rainhead, plus fresh towels for your whole stay. Living room has sectional, 40" TV, desk & is open concept to a fully equipped kitchen. Laundry access is on the main level by the entrance and is shared with homeowner.

Private 1 Bed & Den Lower Apartment, Close to Sq1!

Enjoy your own private living space in a renovated lower level semi-detached apartment. Excellent location, close to City Center, Highways, Train, Bus. Easy drive to Toronto. A great space for a variety of visitors. ❗PLEASE NOTE!! We live on the upper level with two active children and a dog. There are occasional times where the kids play. We do not recommend the space for those looking for complete quietness, although we do try our best to keep it down. We hope you enjoy your stay!
