Budget room size Studio for 2 guests (169 sq ft) in central location but for budget price - a price of a shared room or a bed in a hostel in Ocean park, simple spot to rest your head. Full backup generator, water tanks, water pump. Bars & restaurants are literally by the corner, 5 minutes by feet to Ocean park beach, FULL size bed, cook hub, wifi, Netflix, AC, beach chairs*,towels & cooler, NO beach umbrella. Second (2nd) floor of a 2-floor unit. No KITCHEN SINK NO BLACKOUT CURTAINS not a hotel

This condo has an excellent swimming pool with a BBQ pit, and free parking on site with supplied permit. Many restaurants and fast food within 5 minutes walk (Denny's, Chili's, Church's Chicken, Burger King, Wendy's, Pizza Hut, Marcos Pizza) host supplies guidebook. Uber available in this area! Luxury spot airport at 7 minutes

Only 7 minutes from the airport and 8 minutes from the beach. 1 minute from the apt has fast foods, supermarket and pharmacies. Only 20 minutes from San Juan and 25 from El Yunque. A lot of beach option very near. Parking is inside the house not in street and iluminated at night and has security cameras. 6 minutes away on foot theres a PR RESTAURANT GABYS LECHONERA and COFEE GARAGE next door. Which is perfect for lunch/dinner (pernil, ribs, chicken, batata and more).
