Our unit is a 1 Bed/1 Bath/1 spacious living room facing the patio, located in Isla Verde Atlantic View with back-up generator and cisterns. It's about 7-9 minutes drive from the San Juan International Airport, and near to many malls, grocery, beaches, restaurants. It's a very accessible location. You will have the first floor of the building for yourself (entire place stay). The owner will be living into the house in front of the apartment, but it does have its own private entrance.

You will love our totally renovated and newly furnished private apartment that is steps from the most beautiful beach in San Juan. It is a short walk to the beach over a pedestrian bridge (4 Minutes) and all the best restaurants, hotels, hang-out spots, and grocery stores on the Isla Verde strip. When walking to the beach you do have to walk over a pedestrian overpass that is not handicap accessible.

THE MOST FUN BEACH Located right ON Isla Verde , around 8 to 10 minutes from SJU airport, our studio has access to the gym, beach and much more. The studio is located on the 4th floor with a partial view of the ocean. Throughout the neighborhood, everything is walking distance: the supermarket, restaurants and clubs. To get to the apartment you can get either take a taxi ($12) or by renting a car. There is so much to see outside . Parking is included in the building for free.
