Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Carroll County

This little house in the mountains was just perfect for our stop from Ohio to South Carolina. The views were spectacular and the inside was so cozy and charming. Rebecca was great with communication and sent us so many ideas and activities to check out in the surrounding areas. We’ll definitely be staying again in the future!

After a hectic election season, my husband and I both work in politics, my family needed a comfortable and peaceful place to relax and recharge. The cabin was a perfect setting for just that! A cozy living room, a well appointed kitchen and an incredible front porch with lots of options for sitting and relaxing made our long weekend wonderful! It makes for a perfect getaway and has an appeal for all seasons of the year. We will definitely return at some point for another unplugged weekend.

We stayed here for a few nights while we were in town for a wedding. The house & view was beautiful. Everything was great. Thanks for having us.

Haley was easy to communicate with. The home was very clean. nice artwork . Roads were paved and easy to navigate. Loved the sauna shower and expansive screened porch. Haley's home had all the kitchen utensils we needed. Also well stocked with towels, soaps and blankets. We would definatley stay again if in area.

The pictures don’t do it justice! Cathy’s place was wonderful for our family (11 people - 3 kids, 8 adults). It was beautiful, clean, great views, and more than enough room for everyone. My dad is disabled so it was important to find a place with a main floor master. Cathy’s main floor master was accessible and extremely disability friendly. My whole family had an incredible time. Our favorite part was definitely the deck and the amazing views! We will definitely be back again.

This is a great, peaceful getaway. Beautiful surroundings, wonderful local winery. Laura was very responsive, the place was very clean. I would definitely stay again!!

The home was wonderful. The view is fabulous and the amenities were all that we needed. The kitchen was well appointed and there were great books and lots of games to keep us busy. We will definitely keep this home in mind for future trips.

It was lovely this time of year. The hyacinths and daffodils were blooming all around the house. It was such a beautiful setting. Horses were next door in the field and a little creek running behind the house. The location was just a few blocks from the main part of town. Lisa responded quickly when I texted her and was very helpful. If you are looking for a quiet retreat, but close to town and the interstate, this is the place for you.
