Holiday rentals with lake access in Cartagena

Would definitely come back to this place. Alejandro was a great with communication and helped us navigate our trip! Carla and housekeeping was great! Felt like we were in a fresh clean house the whole stay! Would definitely recommend or come back again!!

Me encantó el lugar, nos trataron tan bien a mí y a todo mi equipo. Contratamos su plan de desayunos y fue una gran idea. Son demasiado buena onda, Neila en especial es muy cariñosa y graciosa. Alejandro el Chef estuvo siempre comprensible con nuestros tiempos de trabajo. La casa es muy acogedora, los cuartos indivuales con su baño están muy bien. Pronto arreglarán el aire acondicionado de la Sala y de verdad que es un 10 de 10. Si regreso a Cartagena nuevamente con un equipo grande, no dudaría en quedarme aquí nuevamente. Para grupos amplios es perfecta.

This was my 2nd time staying at this property. Great location, private, secure, beautiful pool, and you can't beat the private dock and being able to take a boat to the islands without dealing with the marinas. There is frequent construction nearby that can be a bit loud in the mornings. It's not a big deal for me, but if you're a light sleeper it's worth asking about the status of the construction.

This is a charming, traditional house located in the heart of Getsemaní. The location is perfect—everything is within walking distance thanks to its central spot. The host was excellent: super responsive, helpful, and proactive throughout our stay. There was a brief power outage due to a scheduled event, which is common across Colombia. During that time, the WiFi also went down, but the host acted quickly—replacing the router and coordinating with the telecom provider to get everything up and running again. If you’re looking for an authentic Colombian experience in a vibrant neighborhood, this place is a great choice—and a fantastic value. Highly recommended!

La casa está muy bonita, bien equipada y bien ubicada. Tiene 3 cuartos disponibles, cada uno con su baño interno. Alrededor se encuentran algunas casas familiares y el hotel Fenix Beach. Justo al lado vive Úrsula, quien cocinó para nosotros una comida exquisita por pedido. Se puede disfrutar de las instalaciones del Hotel Fenix Beach, por una tarifa o pasadía. El área es muy tranquila y segura. Margarita fue quien nos recibió a nuestra llegada y estuvo pendiente de nosotros durante nuestra estancia. Su apoyo fue excepcional y estuvo disponible 24/7. Es importante llevar agua y alimentos suficientes, ya que por ser una isla, todo es escaso.

A perfect stay! The apartment was spotless, well-designed, and ideally located, allowing us to explore everything on foot. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, promptly addressing all our needs and ensuring we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

Very impressed even though it’s still being built but the area is going to be beautiful when finished. The logon concept is beautiful so I will be back close to the finished product. The communication was great so I appreciate the patience with the check in and wish the stay was longer

The apartment matches the description. The building is old and some days the cleaning could be better, but it is very well located. We had a problem with small roaches, but Sindy responded immediately and also cleaned the apartment. In general, it is a well preserved apartment in an old building. Very good value for the price and just what we needed, because we spent most of the day on the beach and just needed a clean and safe place to sleep and prepare breakfast. Sindy and her daughter were super friendly and supportive.

Excelente ubicación, muy central todo, encontrarás playas públicas, supermercados, D1, restaurantes, los recordatorios cercanos al apto, la vista del apto es muy bonita, la piscina del edificio muy bonita también tiene una excelente vista, full aire acondicionado y cómodo en todo los sentidos, Cartagena es muy bonito para visitar y agradable tiene buenos sitios y lugares para pasar ratos agradables 😎

Nos encantó este lugar! El Apartamento amplio, limpio y con una vista hermosa. Las piscinas y la entrada directa al mar del edificio lo convierten en un lugar mágico! Ya habíamos estado antes y repetimos! Nos encantó. Muy recomendado.

La casa es hermosa y amplia, exactamente como se ve en las fotos. Tiene una decoración caribeña encantadora y techos altos que le dan un ambiente fresco y acogedor. Viajamos desde Cartagena en nuestro vehículo; aunque algunas calles del camino a Barú estaban algo deterioradas, no fue un problema para llegar. Usamos la casa para un retiro de trabajo en equipo y el lugar ofreció toda la tranquilidad y las comodidades necesarias para concentrarnos y relajarnos. Todos los espacios cuentan con aire acondicionado, lo cual fue ideal con el clima cálido de la zona. Además, la planta eléctrica funcionó de maravilla y resolvió perfectamente los cortes de energía habituales en Barú, así que siempre tuvimos luz. Queremos hacer una mención especial a Ela, quien nos ayudó con la limpieza y nos cocinó platos locales deliciosos. En resumen, tuvimos una experiencia excelente ¡y sin dudarlo volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí de nuevo!
