Monthly Rentals in Carter County

I enjoyed my time at this cute tiny house in the middle of the mountains. Location was perfect for my sunrise hike, and there were restaurants and grocery stores close by. Space is very small, but perfect for one person. Any more than two (have to share a bed) isn’t recommended. Overall I greatly enjoyed my stay here and would stay again!

Amazing long term experience at the Hobbit House! I had a relaxing and peaceful time surrounded by beautiful views - from glorious sunrises to sunsets, starry skies to a full moon and an occasional shooting star… I loved it all! Thank you Stephanie for being such a sweet and caring host.

My family stayed here for a week and it was great! Carissa was a wonderful host. The house was clean, and there were no bugs seen inside at all - and hardly even any bugs outside. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Nice TV and kitchen. Loved it!

My girlfriend and I stayed at Tim’s place while attending a friend’s wedding just 15 minutes away. Now that we’re back home, I find myself thinking about Tim’s house every day—it’s truly a beautiful, peaceful, and remarkable place. Tim and Buddy were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making our stay even more special. I would recommend Tim’s home without hesitation, and I’m confident you’ll love it just as much as we did.
