This cottage is located in a small quiet village, 30 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from the city center. The house has many amenities. Many activities nearby for young and old (Bocasse amusement park, "Lac de Caniel" leisure park, tree climbing, hiking trail, museum, zoo, leisure center in Jumièges...)

The cottage is located on the corner of our house on 3 floors. Within a farmhouse in the countryside (5-hectare property). House having gone through several centuries, work of our ancestors preserved, which we try to preserve as best we can by renovating it. You can sunbathe in the garden, see and feed the animals, walk around the ponds, your children can have fun in the playground. Finally, from the cottage, you are a 20-minute drive to the sea.

Close to the sea, and in the heart of the Normandy countryside, I am pleased to welcome you to my 400 m² house, completely restored to regain its authenticity and charm in its 2 hectare park (5000 m² usable). This typical farm is located in its enclosed farmhouse with its horses (depending on the season) and surrounded by fields. Modernity and authenticity are the key words of our house.

At the foot of the Ponant there are hikes (including the GR21), but also one of the only sandy beaches on the coast. Come and clear your head, and discover this beautiful and wild corner.
