Both cafes in the village are beautiful places to stop in the evening, enjoy the view from the mountain to the fantastic countryside. Seggiano is located on a stop, the house in the middle of the village. We made many fantastic excursions and were always happy to return to Seggiano in the evening and experience this special place. The place was charmingly located in the old town. It is an old building and lovingly furnished in the old style. Everything that is needed was available. dThe accommodation is spread over 3 floors and also has a beautiful roof terrace overlooking the roofs of the old town and mountains. the Val d'orcia is nearby and easily accessible by car. Since the place is located high in the mountains, it can rain here more often while it is a little better in the valley. Communication with Simona went great. SlSie gave us numerous good recommendations and tips and was always easily accessible for questions.

Great apartment for three people (two adults and a guy), clean and well-stocked, great location for accessing the free hot springs of S.Filippo(just above the thermal baths, you go on foot) and an excellent starting point for visiting the Val d 'Orcia. Very kind and available for communication. I highly recommend 👍

Luca's place was like a little dream, a beautiful house in an incredible location, super peaceful and mesmerising, great for a little jump out of busy cities and noisy every day life thanks to a beautiful scenery with lovely rustic vibes. Private sauna an incredible bonus! Luca has been very friendly and welcoming, the whole experience is incredibly recommended. ❤️
