Located in a very green and quiet area, it is just 20 minutes by bus from the center of Bologna and only 3 km from the Unipol Arena and the Dallara Stadium. It is also less than a 10-minute walk from the Villa Chiara Nursing Home. Composed of a fully equipped kitchen, living room, double bedroom, bathroom and a study room where you can also work remotely. NO SMOKING
