Very well located apartment for quick access to the train station and the city center, comfortable, very quiet, extremely clean and perfectly equipped. Franca very cordially welcomed us and took the time to give us advice ( restaurants, shops, visits). Thank you for everything.

Soraya's apartment is perfectly located. About 10 minutes walk from old town square and also pretty cose to the main train station, with plenty of great restaurants and cefes along the way :)) Beautiful, clean and cosy flat is located in a quiet courtyard of a palazzo, so you can't hear the noises of a busy street nearby. It's one of the best AirBnB apartments I've had a chance to stay in and Soraya is a great host, who is happy to help and explain everything. Grazie, ciao! :))

Very nice, for two people it's perfect. Very well-stocked and being in the center is perfect for getting around. We had a great time.

These hosts set the bar very high for Airbnb hosts. Their communication before check in was very informative and helpful. Their replies to our inquiries were always very prompt. The apartment was in a wonderful location, was extremely clean and had everything we needed. They have really paid attention to details to make their guests feel at home. This is one of the finest Airbnb rentals we have stayed at. It is very easy to give this rental a very high recommendation. Bravo!

Loved our stay here! Super close to the city center, but tucked away enough to be nice and quiet after a busy day of sightseeing. It was the perfect spot to relax and recharge. Would definitely stay again!

Flor was a great host and always responded quickly to questions before we arrived and once we were there. The apartment was neat and clean with the advertised amenities. The smart TV was linked to at least 1 streaming service. My only negative was that the apartment was slightly cold and I didn’t know how to change the central heating. Most people would probably find the temperature correct. There were air-cons to help with the heating.

We had a wonderful stay at Piero’s villa! Quiet, coz, beautiful surroundings ! It was exactly what we needed after the hustle and bustle of Rome and Florence. Piero is an excellent host. He went above and beyond to help us. He drove us to the market and to train station on the day of a holiday when transportation was scarce. I would highly recommend this gem!

Their enthusiasm for the village and the paths that surround it is contagious. Share the evenings by enjoying a good glass of wine, cool off by the stream under the house, and explore the trails around the house nestled in the woods. The house has everything you need: the bed is very comfortable and the water in the house comes directly from the mountain stream, clear and genuine. I recommend bringing some nurseries, as there are no shops nearby except several kilometers away. Here you will find absolute tranquility, fresh air and ancient stories. No cars, pollution, and dangers for children - a real dream! Time passes very slowly, bringing the rhythm of life back to a human dimension. There were four of us staying at Elena's apartment for an overnight stay on the weekend. This is ideal for several people, but it has three bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. We all liked it very much, it is large, bright, friendly, nicely furnished, quietly located and has a balcony overlooking the countryside and the countryside. Also in the magnificent large garden, surrounded by beautiful nature, there is an area where you can sit comfortably and end the day, for example. Elena and Michael were great hosts, very friendly and helpful. They helped us with a question. We can really recommend the apartment.

We had a really good time during the 3 days spent here. Everyone was super helpful and kind. The place is wonderful, relaxing, perfect for escaping the city. The very nice apartment, equipped with everything you need, was only missing body soap, shampoo and hand soap, but nothing terrible that could make us negatively re-evaluate the beautiful idea we had of this beautiful place. We will be back with great pleasure ❤️

Antonio was a great host. He was prompt answering any questions we had. The apartment is very clean, quiet, and minimal. A great location for wandering Modena and many great shops and restaurants in the area.

This cute apartment in Modena was perfect. It had everything which we needed, located in the middle of the historical center near to all main attractions in walking distance. The house was so pretty and well taken care in all details. Big enough but comfortable at the same time. The communication with Nicola and his team was great, they were responsive at all times and as well flexible with timings and extra requests. We really did feel like home and did not want to leave. Also, we had the great pleasure to meet Candida and her friends who even offered us something to eat and drink having it delivered directly at home for us. We had a wonderful afternoon all together and felt like we have been friends forever. Thank you to everyone for making our stay in Modena a wonderful experience. Will definitely recommend to anyone who decides to come!!!

Very nice apartment located within walking distance of train station which was great for day trips to Parma and Verona. Downstairs layout is living room, kitchen, laundry room (separate washer and dryer), and bathroom. Upstairs are both bedrooms and bathroom with tub/shower combo. Bedrooms are almost identical and have closets with plenty of hangers, vanity space, a chair, end tables, and their own heat/ac system. Beautifully decorated with touches important to travelers - hooks, easily accessible outlets, soap, extra blankets and pillows. Didn’t try public busses but looked easy enough. Can also walk to city center or uber.

Lovely apartment full of rustic charm. Very well equipped. Marco is lovely and allowed us to check in early while we dealt with a family emergency. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay in the center of Bologna. You can walk to the historic city center in 10-15 minutes. Supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and other shops are just close to the apartment. Antonio personally welcomed us upon arrival, although we arrived late. He is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is totally clean and you have everything you need. Although the apartment is very centrally located, it is very quiet. There is also a nice balcony where you can enjoy the peace and quiet.

Monica's apartment is very pleasant, located in the center of Carpi in a historic building completely renovated in the common areas, preserving elements of architectural value such as wooden beams and beautiful brick vaults, even inside the house. The accommodation is perfect, recently renovated and furnished with care and good taste. It was delivered to us super clean. It has an elevator. The host has always been punctual, precise and responsive. Recommended!

We had a great stay at Sergio's. He and his wife were so friendly and waited to let us in the apartment even though we were delayed to arrive at the place. The place itself was spotless, super clean and organized plus everything worked perfectly. The location was great, 10 min walking from the city center but also very quiet at night (plus an amazing ice cream place right under the building). Sergios was also extremely helpful with our car and parking issues, as we didn't know we had to pay for the ZTL driving zone, he helped sort it out with a lot of patience! Sergio was also very responsive and very easy to communicate with. would definitely go back for another visit. Thank you Sergio for a great stay!

Great location, walkable distance to the train station, where we were able to catch the train to Rome and Pisa. Easy walking distance to some of Bologna’s attractions and just around the corner from Pam’s, a fantastic hypermarket.

Perfect small accommodation. Very well located with a beautiful view of the very pretty square. Everything is done to be well received and have a very pleasant stay.

Damiana is a great host and communicated very well with us. The apartment is modern and comfortable, yet it is within a traditional grand house. It has a little terrace at the back which is charming, quiet and perfect for two people to sit and relax with a glass of Soave or Pinot Grigio ??!! The location is brilliant, fairly central and only a few minutes walk to the main square. Bologna has a lot to offer and we loved our stay. We would definitely stay at the apartment again.
