Profumo di Mare is a newly built two-room penthouse in a villa, with a large panoramic terrace. It is located in the bay of Cartaromana, overlooking the Gulf of Naples (Vesuvius, the Sorrento Peninsula, and the islands of Capri, Procida and Vivara). The penthouse is on the second floor and comprises a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette, and a bathroom, covering a total area of 40 square metres. The floor tiles and the kitchen splash guards have been hand painted by the owner. There is free parking for motorbikes, while for cars there is parking at 200 mt.;
