Monthly Rentals in Cass Bay

We very much enjoyed our stay in Catherine’s tiny house, it is a great little spot and cosy home! Catherine is a fantastic host, great communication and offered us an early checkin which was greatly appreciated.

We just stayed at Sonja’s AirBnB for a month and were sad to leave as it really felt like home and Sonja is a large part of that along with her comfortable, welcoming, clean and spacious accommodation. The garden is a lovely extension of that space too and is even better than the photos!. We enjoyed interacting and having fun with Bobby, Sonja’s dog but you don’t have to when staying there. We would happily return to stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sonja, as to us she’s a Superhost and now also a friend. Thank you Sonja.

We have stayed at a number of Airbnb’s around the world, but this was one of our top locations of all time. It was comfortable, clean, peaceful, and I can’t even put into words the beauty of the surrounding scenery. We’ve been to the Christchurch area numerous times before and was familiar with the area and its numerous restaurants within a short drive and the many beautiful tracks for walking. We were shocked to find a new, extremely beautiful, area with new, unexplored tracks. Relaxing on the deck and taking in all beautiful scenery is the definition of a relaxing holiday! We wish we would have known about this property the previous visits, but will certainly look to return many times in the future!

We had a pleasant stay at Mariners Cove. The hikers in our party enjoyed the great proximity to walking trails leading down to the bay. The deck provided a lovely place to soak in some sun. Inside, we enjoyed playing games around the dining table. It was nice to have a beginning supply of coffee and tea. The house was very clean, and the owner was very responsive.
