Casa Verrua offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and a pay-per-use electric vehicle charging station. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by a mosquito control system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

The privacy of this farmhouse located in the Langhe hills of Asti, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is unparalleled. You will be the only guests. Inside, you'll have 450 square meters to yourself, outside a private 16 x 4 meter infinity pool open from May to September, a soccer field, a ping pong table, a foosball table, 2 hectares of garden and woodland.
