Our house is located in the center of the medieval town of Tagliolo Monferrato surrounded by vineyards and mountains. The Ligurian Riviera can be reached in 30 minutes by car. For wine lovers, Barolo & Langhe is famous for commute. The old port of Genoa (Genova) by car takes about 50 minutes by car. Every morning you can have breakfast in the local bar and soak up the true Italian atmosphere with cappuccino and croissant. Casa Verrua

Casa Verrua offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and a pay-per-use electric vehicle charging station. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by a mosquito control system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

The main services offered by the town, food, restaurants, Italian Post Office and pharmacy, are within walking distance.

Ca'Delle Rondini is a beautifully restored Piedmontese farmhouse at 550 metres above sea level, surrounded by vineyards and woodland. The view is one of its defining features — an uninterrupted panorama across the Langhe hills towards the Alps, with Monte Viso visible on clear days. Arranged on two floors, it consists of a living room with kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Entirely in Langa stone, the house overlooks the garden from which you can enjoy an excellent view of Monviso. Ideal location for reaching Alba, home of the truffle fair.
