Overlooking the sea, 30 metres from the beach and the famous 'Piazzetta di Sant'Angelo', an old fishing village, with excellent 🛜 transport links. Since 1929, the excellent location of this wonderful apartment, the view, the tranquillity, and the comforts offered by this small flat have always remained close to our guests' hearts. Nearby, you will find trendy boutiques, restaurants to suit all tastes, beaches and spas, fishermen with their catch, small grocery shops, pizzerias, scooter rentals, and excursion options.

Two rooms overlooking the sea

The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!
