It is a pleasure to host you in the house in an open-air museum between the sea of Cornino with a sandy beach, which is 150 meters away, and nature that is a stone's throw away, in fact the house falls within the Oriented Reserve of Monte Cofano. The location of the house allows you to: - take part in the sunset, with the sun slowly setting over the sea that turns red; - share the dawn with the sun rising slowly; -participate in the breath of the sea and nature. You arrive as tourists and are treated as guests.

La struttura è completamente ristrutturata con amore e passione. E' nel centro di Castellammare del Golfo, in una strada principale paralella al Corso Garibaldi che attraversa tutto il paese. Dispone di aria condizionata, cucina, lavatrice, bagno doccia e connessione Wi-Fi gratuita. Nelle vicinanze è possibile trovare vari negozi raggiungibili direttamente a piedi, come edicole, parrucchieri, tabacchi, enoteca, fruttivendolo, supermarket, ecc. A pochi metri è possibile trovare il centro storico.

Appartamento indipendente ristrutturato da poco, dotato di tutti I comfort, a soli pochi metri dalla spiaggia. La struttura è dotata di tutti comfort (aria condizionata, lavatrice, smart TV, internet veloce ecc.). Lenzuola e asciugamani sono incluse nel prezzo. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti negozi di generi alimentari, macelleria, panificio, tabacchi. Ideale anche per un periodo di smartworking. Ma c'è di più! Siamo orgogliosi di essere eco-friendly, grazie al nostro impianto fotovoltaico!
