The property is located in Via MACINA, so called since the beginning of the 15th century because in ancient times there were millstones for wheat, near the Port of Molfetta and in an area where there are restaurants, bars, shops of all kinds.

This building was first used a cannon house and throughout the following years served as a warehouse, a coal pit and an atelier of a renowned local painter.
