Giorgio is incredibly nice and helpful! We had to cancel the apartment we had actually reserved in Camogli after we arrived at the place and sat down to find a new apartment at 8pm in the evening. At 9pm we had agreed with Giorgio and at 11pm he met us and helped us check in. He assisted finding parking for our car, and was generally absolutely delightful in every way. The apartment is nice, with a sea view from one bedroom, and what you need for dishes, cutlery and pots to be able to cook there. The bathroom is small but with powerful water pressure in the shower and hot and delicious water. The bedrooms are large and airy, with several windows in each room (needed, as the apartment is on the top floor, and it can get a little warm). The beds are a bit hard. In the living room there is a sofa and dining table and everything is perfectly fine. The apartment is perfectly located, with walking distance to everything. The city's best restaurant is located in the building next door, and there is a short way to everything. We can safely recommend staying here!

The place was very nice and clean. The terrace was the highlight. In case of problems, you could always reach Daniela quickly. There was a parking garage, which is tight, but the hosts also had a solution. So everything is great. There was also a washing machine in the property.

Fabulous penthouse with a spectacular double view of the marina and the bay of Camogli. The location is unbeatable, in the heart of the village, just above the main square. The apartment is very spacious, with three large bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and two bathrooms. Each room has spectacular views. The windows are modern and soundproofed, and the house is warm even in the middle of winter. Everything is perfectly clean and well organized. Virginia is very kind, she responds promptly to every request and check-in and check-out procedures are very easy. Definitely one of the most beautiful apartments in all of Camogli.

LOVED staying at the waterfront apartment. After having an issue with checking in at the correct time, Paolo was able to accommodate me and come up with a solution that worked for both of us. Finding the building was a little confusing as they are doing construction in the area and the roads are constantly being closed. But eventually we found the entrance and was greeted by Mattia who was extremely friendly and thorough in showing us around the apartment. This apartment building is brand new, 3-6 months old. All of the fixings and furniture was very tasteful and comfortable. It really felt luxurious being in such a light spacious apartment. All of the exterior walls are glass so there is lots of natural light coming in. There are also shades around the porches that can be closed for additional privacy or to block out the sun. We loved being on the water and watching the boats. It was very peaceful. One of my favorite stays so far in Italy.

Lots of room and area to hang out in and close to city centre :) we were happy.

A little gem in the middle of the old town of Camogli. If you climb 86 steps, you will find an apartment on 2 floors on the top floor with a roof terrace and sea view. The neighbors on the opposite roof were very cute ( freshly hatched sea lions. All in all highly recommended!

I know Bogliasco well, it is a village that I love very much and when I can I look for a solution to spend a few days relaxing by the sea, more easily out of season. Elena's apartment has a spectacular view of the sea, inside a beautiful building from the early 1900s and with a beautiful garden. Strategically located with convenient amenities and places to reach. The interiors are spacious, comfortable, very stylish, and with thoughtful lighting. We'd love to come back in a milder season to enjoy the beautiful terrace.

Beautiful apartment in an ideal location within walkable distance of the beach. Would definitely recommend and it would be the first place I looked to stay at if I were to visit Genoa again!

My family (two adults, one child) had a wonderful stay at Teresa's apartment. It was the perfect place to explore the area around Genoa—we loved Recco and Bogliasco, and had a beautiful day riding the ferry to San Fruttuoso. Teresa was extremely responsive and made sure our stay was comfortable. She also had some great recommendations for our short visit. We recommend this apartment!

The apartment is located in a beautiful and quiet location. The small apartment furnished with many details is perfect for relaxing. In the morning the first on the beach and the last thing in the evening to enjoy the sunset – these are holidays. Carlo is very friendly and always responded quickly. He was also very thoughtful and helpful. Carlo already informed us a few days before our departure day that there will be a storm that day and the boats will probably not run. So we were able to prepare for this scenario and were not surprised. San Fruttuoso is a wonderful small place. There are a few restaurants, all in a great location right on the sea and with delicious food. (However, the menus are not laid out for someone who doesn't like fish!). We went shopping in Recco before we arrived so we could cook for ourselves – highly recommended.

everything was perfect, the host waited for us despite our train was late for more than an hour, it was already past 11pm, and they checked with us if we had everything, the apartment was super clean, the garden was beautiful and the location also is pretty good. We had a great time!

Great apartment in the center of Rapallo. Davide is a great host, responds extremely quickly and is very helpful. Perfectly equipped kitchen. The beds were a little too soft for us, but everyone has their own taste.

Nice and clean apartment. If you like a quiet environment to get away from all the hustle and bustle. Everything was available, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, flat screen right on the boulevard. Sea view and you will hear the waves. Quaint surroundings incredibly beautiful. Small downside it is in the 4th floor without elevator. Furthermore, kindly helped with tips.

Fantastic accommodation, 2 minute walk to the beach, pizzeria below the apartment. Apartment was clean, well stocked, and visually appealing. Fantastic host, provided us with light snacks to enjoy throughout our stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

Elena was very helpful and the apartment was comfortable and imbedded to all the restaurants and shopping. We will return!

Well organized and clean apartment. It is close to the aquarium, in fact it can be reached in a few minutes by foot. Paola is very nice and approachable. Only note in my opinion negative: the staircase to reach the apartment is definitely very characteristic but a little dangerous.

We had the best time staying at Carlo and Lucia’s place! The view is spectacular and the home is very clean and beautifully decorated. We felt very safe and Lucia and Carlo were fast at answering any questions or requests we might have. We spend a week of vacation with our three little kids and the house was well equipped with everything we needed from baby chair and bed to microwave. Also the city of Recco was a nice experience to visit. We would love to go back!

Really pleasant stay! Communication with Valerio was impeccable from the first message: helpful, friendly and always ready to answer any of your questions. The apartment was perfectly clean, well-furnished and as described. We found everything you need to spend relaxing days, and the atmosphere was welcoming and familiar. The location is strategic: quiet but close to everything, with services, transportation and easily accessible points of interest. One extra touch: small thoughtful touches that really make a difference, like the kit, the tips on places to visit. The passion with which the manager takes care of the accommodation and the attention paid to guests is evident. I highly recommend this property and hope to be back soon.
