The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. La "Casa del Notari" tiene su origen en el año 1242, cuando se estableció como notaria y registros por parte de los religiosos de la época, siendo una de las más antiguas de Catalunya. Ha sido renovada completamente en el año 2023. Está situada en el centro histórico de Castellfollit de la Roca, localidad dentro del Parque Natural de la zona volcánica de la Garrotxa, siendo un buen punto de partida para excursiones por la zona, y a menos de 45 minutos de la playa o de los Montes Pirineos.
