Stylish house inside the nature reserve of Monte Cofano about 400 m from the sea with a splendid view of the bay of Macari, exclusive natural setting. The house was an old farmhouse shelter and has been renovated with extreme attention to detail in tuff and Balata stone. It is a place for lovers of relaxation, nature and privacy. Outside, the garden has a sea view over the entire bay and is terraced with ancient Balata stone and mosaics and a stone bench and Sicilian ceramics.

The accommodation is located between the streets adjacent to the historic center. It is a recently renovated building, bright, comfortable and well furnished. Entering through the large glass door, you will be welcomed by a bright living room furnished with a table, chairs, TV, and sofa bed. From there, you can access the kitchen, equipped with appliances and dishes. The house has a nice bathroom with shower and two double bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning.
