7-person cottage in the countryside

Renovated house in the heart of Entre-de-Mers, ideally located for visiting the area, 30 minutes from Saint Emilion and 1 hour from Bordeaux. In the town of Blasimon, not far from the departmental lake and the Abbey. My grandparents put their heart and soul into it. So yes, I put my own touch on it, but it was mostly a choice to keep this property that they had left me. I loved growing up there, coming and living there, so I'm sure others will appreciate this place and keep it alive.

A haven of tranquillity 10 minutes from La Réole and the bastides of Monségur (night markets, famous jazz festival) and Sauveterre-de-Guyenne.

Country house in a very natural setting with a fenced-in pool, garden furniture, barbecue, large garden in summer, and a fireplace as soon as the first cold weather arrives. The living area on the ground floor consists of a dining room, a living room with a fireplace, an open-plan kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. Upstairs is the sleeping area with its 4 bedrooms, and a bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet.

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family in the smallest village in France. This is my childhood home, completely renovated, a small garden 50 m from the house allows you to eat outside. Located in a classified village, located on a rock and the size of 3 football fields, it is perfectly located close to many places to visit and hike. The village has several artists and artisans.
