At "34 bis", nice cottage in the Normandy countryside

Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, ...) is 30 min away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

In the historic heart of Caen, next to the town hall and the Abbey of Men, fully renovated old apartment of 65 m2, bright ground floor overlooking courtyard and garden, including a fully equipped open kitchen, living room with sofa bed, double bed bedroom, bathroom with shower and bathtub. Nice completely renovated 35 m2 apartment located at the foot of the Vaugueux (historic district). Close to all shops (bakery, supermarket, restaurants, bars, shopping) and public transport (tram, bus). The train station is 1 km away. Paid parking spaces during the day at the foot of the building. Great for a stay to discover the city (marina, ducal castle, Ladies' Abbey) A market is held every Sunday in front of the accommodation, very pleasant on sunny days!
