Tanya was friendly and helpful but respected privacy. The Forge was comfortable (the bed!) and cosy (log fire burning on arrival) with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I was doing a weekend gardening course at Homeacres, just a few minutes walk away so perfect for my needs. The good pub next door is busy at times but not noisy at night - they don't always serve food so check first. Thanks for the hot cross buns Tanya!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Silvia's flat! The apartment itself was lovely – clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and felt like a true home away from home. It was the perfect size and had everything we needed for our visit with two king size bedrooms. Sylvia was welcoming, friendly, and communicative from booking right through to check-in. We especially appreciated the thoughtful personal touches throughout the flat – it's clear she puts a lot of care into making her guests feel comfortable and looked after. We loved the flat. Our grandchildren really enjoyed the “children’s cupboard”. And there was a teapot! Everything worked well and we had a lovely weekend.
