Autonomous apartment, equipped with all services located in the heart of the historic center. Renovated leaving the characteristics of the past intact. The materials are made of wood and stone. The breathtaking view of the Ionian Sea and the Raganello Valley can be seen. The apartment is built on two levels. The second level is an attic with a double bed and panoramic views. First level instead spacious room with panoramic terrace. The bathroom is spacious with shower and bidet toilet.

Villa Franca is located about 850 meters above sea level and overlooks a balcony on the Mercure Valley surrounded from east to south by the Pollino chain. The house has a large living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a kitchen equipped with a fireplace complete with appliances, 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom, a large porch, and an outdoor barbecue. Given the location, you can get to the Lao gorges for rafting, Mount Pollino for hiking and the Latronico thermal baths in a few minutes

Get away from it all and immerse yourself in the un-spoilt natural beauty of Wild Orchard Farm. Located within the Pollino National Park, the farm is the perfect place to reconnect with yourself and nature. The farm is located 8km from the unique village of San Costantino Albanese where guests will find restaurants, mini markets and a petrol station. It's location is ideal for exploring the region of Basilicata's natural beauty and cultural richness such as the Sassi di Matera.

Peace & Quiet Shelter

It is a wooden and stone chalet, the upper part is my accommodation, while the lower part (recently renovated) is all for guests: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large and bright living room and a small kitchen, but very functional. The outdoor space is in common, but very large, you can safely park the car in total safety. There is also a veranda where you can eat or just relax. A few minutes by car there are tourist centers, lakes and trails.

Torre Alta: Ancient Stone House with Sea View

The ancient turret has been restored with respect for its history and soul. Wooden furnishings finished with natural oils, stone and lime walls, handmade terracotta floors with bee wax finish, and underfloor heating make this structure healthy and environmentally friendly. Artwork is on display in the spaces. House amenities include: air conditioning, TV, wi-fi, kitchen, a beautiful fireplace, and a terrace with breathtaking views.

A Window on the Sea

Immersed in a picturesque landscape and surrounded by the sounds of nature, vacation homes located in the countryside have a timeless charm. The Una Finestra sul Mare vacation home is a tourist facility of about 60 square meters, located in the hills (C/da S. Venere) at an altitude of 260 meters above sea level, 3 km from the sea and 5 km from the town connected to them by a country road.
